Great dr.
I don't know what's going on with this Dr. It's hard to get prescriptions processed or orders submitted. And if it's urgent forget it. Neither him nor his staff make any effort to let you know your request or concern has been resolved. These are health concerns needing attention not a broken or defective items needing a refund or exchange.
I love Dr. Garcia it's his staff that are unprofessional! I had a hard time getting a referral so I switched PCP's which was a hard decision for me but in my first welcome visit with my new PCP, I was able to get the referrals that day that I couldn't get from Dr. Garcia's office! Overall I'm glad I switched PCP's but I will miss Dr. Garcia and Daniella! 😢
Have been going to Dr. Garcia for over a year. At first, rhe entirety of the staff wþets. Nnre very professional, helpful, and attentive. Then, it was like they went from Dr. Jekyll to Mtr. Hyde. They were neglectful, slow to respond to refill or referral requests. It got so bad that, even hen I found the specialist that I wanted to go to, I got their address, phone number, fax number, everything, and it would take about 2 weeks for them to put the referral through.
