Do NOT go to this clinic. Clinic confirmed over the phone that they provide translators. When we get to the clinic, the doctor stated they use google translate as their translator. The receptionists are unprofessional. They stated they would be in touch in a week to pick up the sleep study mask. They called us 1 week later to cancel the appointment, and had us wait another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, they provide you with a sleeping mask to test for sleep apnea, but the clinic did not provide the cord/charging cable/usb with the... read more
Both the doctor and the front office operation were awful. Waited over 45 minutes for a 10am appointment. I scheduled a phone appointment later instead, they called and I waited 10 minutes to speak with the doctor. When I was in the office the receptionist told me, "the doctor will see you next" and I watched the guy walk from one room to another and greet a patient. When I did eventually talk to the doctor he was inflexible did a poor job of explaining my options or his reasoning. An absolute waste of time. Awful.
2026 update: I have been seeing De Majid for a long time. He was able to resolve one serious problem that I had. My cough did not stop but got worse. I was coughing 800 times a day.He said he'd test with a procedure in 2 weeks. He never set a date so I called back. Ariana left me on hold for 15 minutes I called back & left a voice mail. Great Dr. very attentive ! I got results from him but my insurance stopped me from seeing him. Very unfair to rip someone you have a history with including hours of tests to just disappear. Shame on you Health Net
