I was so lucky to have her in the emergency room when I arrived with a Lisfranc foot injury. I was in extreme pain. After she saw the X-ray she said that I will probably need surgery. I explained that I cannot have surgery because I am allergic to metals. I was given medication and she manually reset my dislocated first metatarsal. The pain subsided immediately after.
