Extremely unprofessional practice, I spent over 2 months playing phone tag with her office about my records which was sent by my primary multiple times. After being referred out by my primary and rheumatologist for on going digestive issues. Would not recommend trying to make an appointment here and look for a doctor who actually cares about treating patients.
Dr.Rani was truly the best Gastrointestinal surgeon I have had. I found her to be very knowledgeable, informative,approachable and understanding . Recommend her highly to perform GI procedures.
I am very confused what happened. I called to set up an appointment for a second opinion with this office. I was told my records need to be sent over and I have to be considered by the doctor to be accepted into the practice before I could have an appointment. Ok, no problem, I figured that’s how it would go. I decided against moving forward. I never contacted anyone to send my records over. I just dropped it.
