Have been trying to get medical records for 2 months to no avail. Very frustrating process and the doctor is rarely there makes promises then doesn't show up to keep his word.
I went here because I had to have a sleep study before surgery. I had the sleep study and thought they would forward to my doctor's in Phoenix. They said I had to wear they equipment and do another sleep study. So I did. This is holding up my surgery and the doctor won't send my results to the surgeon. Finally, my doctor's office said they would go ahead and do my surgery without his notes!!! Then trying to get a CPAP has been a nightmare. My insurance wouldn't cover the the first company.
