He a very compassionate doctor who really listens to his patients. I have seen him three times now after being referred by my primary care doctor. He did surgery for me yesterday at Yuma Regional and it was great care from start to finish and he spent a half an hour with me today to explain his observations.
I've been going to Dr. Lalani for years and he is a great Dr. He is very professional and explains everything, very well. The staff is friendly and very nice. I would recommend him
Worst experience for a 1st time visit. I was called in early because they had a cancellation, ended up waiting over an hour to see anyone. Right off, I had to pay $293 and explained & needed a detailed receipt to get reimbursed from my HSA. Said they'd have it the next day!? Asked me to come back for an audiology test, which after reading previous comments, I will not take. That would be another $263! For an established practice, so disappointing. Wish I had reviewed Healthgrades before visit!
He's such a caring doctor been going to him for many years...if you want a good ENT go to him!!
The practice only takes cash and you have to pay before being seen. They also make you pay the Medicare deductible at that time, even if you have been to other doctors and it has been paid. They do not bill you after what Medicare pays they want it all up front or they will not honor the appointment. Also the person that does the hearing test is not a licensed Audiologist, therefore the test is not honored if you go to get hearing aids. You will need to pay for one done by a licensed person.
Dr. lalani doesn't have very good bedside manner. Plus, you have to pay cash. No Credit card, no FSA card: only cash. Ridiculous in this day and age of everything electronic. Plus you wait forever in his waiting room. They way overbook!
