Dr. El Said provided care for my father that we rarely see anymore in todays healthcare system. We were able to get in for an appointment quickly, easily scheduled a surgery, and when my fathers condition worsened, we were able to call and describe his condition over the phone, where he told us he would meet us at the hospital immediately for emergency surgery. Dr. Said was straight forward with information and has wonderful bedside manner. My surgery went well and without complications or infection. I respect and would recommend Dr. Said to anyone.

Great bedside manner at the hospital. Attempted to call for follow up during business hours, no answer, no outgoing message. Answering Service is useless, they won't take a message. Came to the office, dark, no answer, door locked. No note as to expected return time/date. Utterly ridiculous. 10/10 will not return after discharged from follow up care.
