Front desk unprofessional and rude I sat there for 45 minutes just for her to say right before closing oh that doctor left then when I asked how long did they know that she brushed it off no remorse and this not the first time hate going to this office long waits for a 5 min appointment cause the doctors brush you off and rush you out
Absolutely horrible office staff. You call, they don’t answer, then pick up and hang up. You call and then talk to someone who says they will leave a message, but don’t. They are supposed to send your prescription over to your chosen pharmacy, but don’t. Even other doctors know how horrible the office staff is. Dr. Farrukh is great, but he won’t change his horrible horrible office staff.
I had neck surgery from Dr Farrukh. Excellent surgeon. My right arm was going numb prior to the surgery. Now no pain or numbness. I would most definitely recommend Dr Farrukh. He is 100% for his patients.
Terrible surgeon left me with problems that prevented me from walking for over a year refuse to even address the issue. Most of this positive reviews been from 4 years ago almost lost my home. It's been a year and a half I'm still suffering from the results from his surgery
