They never answer the phone. I had an emergency, so I had to call my insurance and change my PCP. The same thing happened with my husband last year. After calling them many times, he finally made an appointment, but two days before the visit they told him the doctor wouldn’t be there and rescheduled him for the following week with a different doctor. Just FYI—new patients, don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people.

Very bad experience all the time only nurse practitioner is there no Dr available no appointment available all the time , called to book an appointment because my daughter is sick has fever they told me go to the emergency room so why I’m choosing you as PCP ??
LOVEEEE dr rizvi. He makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Non judgmental. Explains things in layman’s terms so it’s easily to understand and follow. Truly has your best interest at heart. Such a kind man.
He is very nice and takes the time to explain to his patients. We fell in with him with his first service. I wish I could give him better review then 5 star
