Dr. Merali was disinterested and checked out during most appointments, and was usually running 1-2 hours late. He regularly clears his bad reviews from Google Maps, but he can't hide from RateMDs which reveals the full extent of his negligence. Receptionist is rude and doesn't reply to voicemails.
A highly professional and friendly doctor. Merali will explain things in a way you understand and consistently ensures you are comfortable. His receptionist/assistant has always been helpful as well, and will return your calls/emails. Every procedure thus far has been great and had no issues. Hospital team of course unfortunately changes so you may get different people in differing attitudes, but I genuinely have no worries getting a procedure done.
