Dr.Cotton is no doubt one of the best doctors to ever practice in Kinston, he surly will be missed by many people, my family members have seen him over the years and there never been one time that he didn’t find out what was wrong with them and them straight, he wouldn’t give up until he found the problem, RIP Dr.Cotton you were the best!!!!!!
He knows his stuff ,very good ,l wish he was my sons regular Dr.,l lost all my trust in alot of Dr.s but him,my son and l suffer chronic pain ..sometime I can not walk l fall alot..
