I can’t decide if it’s Dr. Porter or his staff that is worse. Over a span of a couple of years, he has not kept many appointments and his staff never calls to let me know unless I am on my way there. At least one time I was already there and found out he wasn’t in the office. I’m not a real happy camper.
These people are liars! Avoid at all costs. They lied about the cost of a glaucoma exam. Charged me double what they said. The exam was a joke. They did less than my optometrist does! All they did was take a picture of my eyes, check my pressure, and Dr. Porter looked in my eyes with a light. That's it! And then charged me a cash price of $400!Then said they wanted another appointment for a visual field test and another appointment for a pressure test. My visit with Dr. Porter was to focus on a problem. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed.
