I had my closed primary rhinoplasty done in January 2022. My nose looked great 1-6 months out, but my left nostril/tip began to drop and fall around Thanksgiving of the same year. After my one year post-op (Feb 2023), I brought my concerns to Dr Kosins and was immediately met with indifference and gaslighting. I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Kosins over a year ago and I’m still so happy with the results! He’s an amazing surgeon who really listened to what I wanted and made the whole process easy. I couldn’t recommend him more!
The office staff is pretentious and hard to get a hold of. They pressured us to sign the agreement and pay $1000 nonrefundable deposit. When we decided that we shouldn’t do it with them, they kept the money. Judy would not work with my insurance and get information to them. Risa is hard to reach.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write this review, but I truly wanted to take the time to share my experience. If you're considering rhinoplasty, I hope my words help guide you. After evaluating doctors and searching for three years, I finally decided to go with doctor kosin. It’s little too over two months to my surgery, however I m loving the results. Nose looks amazing. Kudos to doctor for great work.
