I love Dr. Clark and his staff. He's been my doctor for over 12 yrs. He really cares for his patients and when you see him he spends time with you. His new location on Holland is great too. I highly recommend Dr. Clark.
I called because my mother had a stroke, and Clark is her primary doctor. I was looking to see where to take my paperwork for my job to spend time with her in the ICU. The woman who answered the phone was terrible! Rude, condescending, and zero empathy. I was shocked! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after some snarky comments and a several-minute wait, the supervisor was more helpful. You know it has to be bad because this is the 1st time I’ve done a review, good or bad!
Dr. Clark was unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all about me as a patient. Terrible experience. All around incompetent office.
So bad I have to call for weeks for my results of testing sent two messages on portal says they will call you back in two days. It’s been seven to send anything to another doctor for you to get a specialist. No one knows what they’re doing there. Been going there for years now and have to find a new doctor but they do send you their billing right on time if there was a zero or thumbs down that’s what I would give them nurses talk about the doctor to patient instead of getting the solution taken care of blame it on him.
INCOMPTENT! Plan on sitting in the waiting room every single time. They overbook appointments and/or he is in no hurry to see you. It's a joke to try to obtain a referral since half of the time they forget to send them over or they don't complete the required information for an insurance company to approve. Very unprofessional when requesting a call back for results on an x-ray that was done which he requested, and never received it. Don't expect him to visit you in the hospital especially being your primary doctor when ever... read more
