His team took time to explain and go over any questions I had. Was easy to get a hold of. All around phenomenal experience. This is what I look for and a healthcare professional.
Dr. Moos was very attentive and spent time to answer all of my questions in detail and helped ease my mind. I was traveling from Twin Falls and Dr. Moos had a delivery he had to run to but they still fit me in, which I really appreciated! His staff kept me updated and checked on me frequently while waiting. It was a great experience!
I was extremely impressed with his know of my situation . He came in my room knowing exactly what’s I needed. He was very detailed in his explanation of my surgery that is up coming. And he is taking all precautions to make sure I get every need taken care of. I’m so happy I was directed to Dr. Moos
