Their time management skills are abysmal. I went there twice sat in a room for an hour and finally left both times because they said it was going to be a while. He did a sinus surgery on me. I had one follow-up and the second follow-up was rescheduled twice and I just went for the same follow-up again and they said that there were three people in front of me. Dr. Duberstein MD and his staff were the best I’ve ever experienced with patient care, listening to my concerns even though they were rightfully so, swamped. Dr. Duberstein was able to explain the procedure and ensure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. If I could rate him higher I would and, if possible will only be going to him and his staff from now on. A note about his front office staff. Dr. Duberstein is the ultimate best. His personality and professional manner are delightful and even though he found four (four!!) things wrong on CT he took the time at the end of his long day in surgery to thoughtfully share each image with me and educate me about how my differences might affect my health and wellbeing. Dr. Duberstein showed genuine care.
We went with Dr. Duberstein when our two year old needed tubes in her ears. He took the time to listen and has a great personality. He’s quite knowledgeable in his field and I’d recommend him to anyone. The other staff there are great too.
After having two surgeries elsewhere, I was referred to Dr. Duberstein by my PCP and he has been so helpful. I had sinus surgery completed over the summer. He is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait time is long, but I know it is because he takes great care to answer questions and thoroughly review issues with his patients.
