Dr. Aron Farrow is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen without making you feel rushed. He explains everything clearly so you understand exactly what is going on and what your treatment options are. What impressed me the most is how hard he advocated for me. Dr. Farrow is the most attentive and caring physician I’ve ever visited. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes out of his way to make sure they receive the care they need. In my opinion, there is not a neurologist that measures up to Dr. Farrow. He really is the best!
Horrible Horrible customer service. Did I say Horrible. No one calls back. You get bounced around from voicemail to voicemail. I can understand being busy and booked but having the common courtesy to call a client back to let them know, or keep them informed would be wonderful. I do not believe that is asking a whole lot. Such a shame Never got to see the Doctor
I love Dr. Farrow. I would recommend Dr. Farrow to anyone/everyone. He is very intelligent. He is very friendly. He has excellent bedside manners. I see Dr. Farrow for chronic migraines. He is patient and listens when you have questions or concerns. Office staff (W. Memorial Rd) is pleasant and helpful. Wait time is minimal.
You may want to get your staff together and tell them to not lie about contacting a person about appointments. I am glad I was told that a note said I was contacted. Your office never called me or left a message. I have no missed call. Phoning someone is the easiest job the medical secretary/clerk can do and they can’t do that right.
