If you can avoid going to this place, I would. The doctors themselves are pretty nice, but the staff has been extremely disorganized in my experience. You also have to closely monitor your deductible and insurance claims to make sure they actually submit everything correctly—it ends up feeling like you have to manage the process yourself and remind them to bill insurance. Dr. Esptein is a great doctor, very knowledgable and straight forward. He will also answer all your questions in a respectful manner. The staff is amazing and very efficient too. Went in for my 7 AM appointment earlier today and everything was a breeze. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
Aaron is top-notch. Ignore the administrative reviews - those are relatively meaningless as in complex cases, what you care about is the actual medical expertise, not the inconvenience of an additional 30 minute wait. Highly recommend the physician.
This is my second pregnancy going to see dr. Epstein. He is a great doctor. His bedside manner is great. I have been seeing him for both of my pregnancies and the experience for both were great. His front desk staff were very friendly as well. For my second pregnancy, I specifically asked for Dr. Epstein as my high risk ob since I had a good experience with him last time. I would recommend him to my friends and family with pregnancy needs for sure.
