Receptionist/ Dr assistant is very unfriendly and never have emotion on their face. Very weird vide in this office. Dr did my anatomy scan in 10 minutes for high risk pregnancy. I wonder if they did everything correctly.
I went in for my ultrasound very excited to see my baby, but I left feeling disappointed and brushed off. The appointment felt rushed — when the doctor pointed things out, she moved the probe so quickly that I barely had a chance to see what she was talking about. I tried to ask questions, but they weren’t really addressed, which left me feeling excluded from the experience.
