Extremely disappointing experience with this office. They scheduled us for our 32-week anatomy scan, only to cancel it the day before the appointment. They left a voicemail but made no additional attempt to contact us or confirm that we received the message. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the voicemail and drove to the office for the appointment. If you can avoid going to this place, I would. The doctors themselves are pretty nice, but the staff has been extremely disorganized in my experience. You also have to closely monitor your deductible and insurance claims to make sure they actually submit everything correctly—it ends up feeling like you have to manage the process yourself and remind them to bill insurance. Dr. Esptein is a great doctor, very knowledgable and straight forward. He will also answer all your questions in a respectful manner. The staff is amazing and very efficient too. Went in for my 7 AM appointment earlier today and everything was a breeze. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
Aaron is top-notch. Ignore the administrative reviews - those are relatively meaningless as in complex cases, what you care about is the actual medical expertise, not the inconvenience of an additional 30 minute wait. Highly recommend the physician.
