It is next to the Huntington hospital, street parking is hard to find, parking structure is available. The building is very nice and clean. The clinic is unit 201 , from west parking lot enter the west entrance, the elevator is on the left, when arrived on the second floor, the unit 201 is on the left side , walk 6 feet on the right side. I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. The woman at the reception desk have always been polite and helpful and I have appreciated having actual doctors doing the ultrasounds so I can get immediate feedback and information on the imaging rather than having to wait to see my normal OB/GYN the next week to give me a breakdown. Definitely a little chilly sometimes with your belly out covered in jelly waiting for the doctor to come in so bring a zip up sweatshirt.
an hour waiting to be called for an appointment!!! a terrible place! why should a patient sit and wait for so long when he arrives on time for his appointment?!!! if you don't have enough specialists, then don't schedule so many patients! I don't think doctors' salaries are delayed! I think everyone gets their money on time, and doesn't wait for it for several days!!!!
The woman sitting at the reception had no idea how the insurance works. I had met the family out of pocket maximum and was still being asked to pay for coinsurance. When I showed them that I had met the out of pocket maximum, I was told that we need to confirm with billing department and it will delay our appointment. The billing department responded that I need to meet my individual out of pocket max and not the family out of pocket(which is entirely incorrect). My first appointment was fine. We didn’t wait too long to see my dr. This time it’s ridiculous. 45 minutes have passed and my dr still hasn’t shown up.
