Aaron is top-notch. Ignore the administrative reviews - those are relatively meaningless as in complex cases, what you care about is the actual medical expertise, not the inconvenience of an additional 30 minute wait. Highly recommend the physician.
This is my second pregnancy going to see dr. Epstein. He is a great doctor. His bedside manner is great. I have been seeing him for both of my pregnancies and the experience for both were great. His front desk staff were very friendly as well. For my second pregnancy, I specifically asked for Dr. Epstein as my high risk ob since I had a good experience with him last time. I would recommend him to my friends and family with pregnancy needs for sure.
They do not answer their phones or return calls. I am not sure if this a phantom business or just poorly run but look elsewhere.
While the doctors I saw were satisfactory, I would not recommend this office due to their billing practices.
As a husband and soon-to-be father, this experience was truly exceptional. Knowing my wife felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way made all the difference. Aaron’s professionalism and compassion gave us complete peace of mind, and I would confidently recommend him to any growing family.
