When my husband came in for a scheduled cleaning the end of July, they told him he was not at the right building. After more back & forth, he was in the correct business at the correct day and time. I went for a cleaning & checkup August 5. They took X-rays & (didn't do the cleaning) scheduled an appointment for 10/19/2026 @ 2pm.
