Do not go to Bismarck Smiles. Dr. Johnson is a very rude and unprofessional dentist. He doesn't greet you and has a very bad disposition. I came in for a brief exam as I wanted to get a new upper denture. I told him that an upper denture should fit snug. He barely looked in my mouth and then told me that he couldn't help me because my expectations were too high. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. absolute WORST experience!!! first the receptionist told me when i called that i could do my cleanings and fillings that i needed on the same day. i get there, the hygienist rudely tells me "i have no idea what your scheduled for im just here to clean your teeth" ?? ok. then at the end she asks if i want fluoride and that its included in my insurance costs. so i say sure. then the VERY rude dentist comes in, doesnt introduce himself, asks me why i switched from my previous dentist to him. my previou... read more
Staff were all very good and friendly. Dr Aaron Johnson walked in, never introduced himself or any form of a hello, nice to meet you. He was more interested in whether my husband and I would be going to our dentist in Arizona. I said we'd like to just get everything done here. He proceeded to put a watch on almost all of my teeth, which I didn't trust because I have pretty good teeth. He said I needed some other dental work, a filling and crown. Just letting people know that this is NOT a locally owned or operated practice. The administration and hiring are run out of state, which is whatever, but due to this their communication is lagged, and they don't have enough respect for BisMan residents to get back to them on hiring or interviews. Beware anyone who applies here, your time is not important to them since they have no skin in the game.
He was an arrogant man who didn't care that I had anxiety issues about seeing a dentist in the first place and literally told me I just didn't care about my teeth...I will never go back to him
