i was super impressed with the phone call and service i got here. i was lucky enough to get in same day (thank you cancellation!) and able to fill out paperwork online prior to arrival--there's a lot. karsey (sp?) is a fabulous hygienist and had time to review my paperwork prior as well. also had time to chat about my whole mouth. lovely appointment, 1.5 hours standard and required, tbh. met the doc; chill dude. i'm also not afraid of dentistry, so take this with whatever salt you need.
