We are satisfied. We are saving a lot of money by switching from Spectrum, it's a third of the cost. We have 6 smart TVs , multiple phones and wireless laptops connected. We had some issues in the beginning with the signal but it was fixed and it has been stable ever since. Their customer service is limited justifiably since it's a smaller company, but it's really fine for the price. Charged me $57.99 for a full month of service when I never received service for a single second. Then, charged me $52.00 for “equipment restocking fee” when I returned their equipment. In total 109.99 is the price to learn never in my life to conduct business with Frontier Communication. Stay away.
They don’t even deserve one star. Since being with Frontier I’ve had so many issues. I haven’t had internet for 3 days. Can’t get a hold of anyone. The customer service sucks. Done ! Went back to spectrum
