Horrible internet company that’s scams people and tries to ruin their credit. I canceled my service because I was moving and called days before my internet cycle ended which then I was told i would be getting some money back because of that and I was told service would be canceled at a certain time. They canceled my internet right away and instead of refunding me an amount because they charged me for the following month when I didn’t even have internet for the rest of the month and I also wasn’t there for the next month. I had Fiber Internet installed, and I can't setup my account❗️ I had Frontier 6 years ago, and customer service is unable to figure out this problem. I've wasted hours on the phone, frontier operators are completely useless, they can't even verify my account! This is a nightmare I should have stayed with spectrum! If they can not figure out how to even charge a customer I'm afraid to think how they would solve an actual problem!
