Dr Rasheed, Jen Brenner and Nate are all great. The ladies you check in with aren’t bad either. If you call there they are down right nasty and ALWAYS put you on hold and the billing department is just as nasty and don’t know what they’re doing.
Honestly not bad for all the years I've been going but the answering staff needs a major attitude adjustment and when I call for a prescription like my anti seizure meds some of the staff is absolutely horrendous I called and said "hey I need my meds it is urgent" and the lady that answered the phone said I don't care and you had to wait y'all are really looking for a lawsuit? Your staff is messing with my meds guess what it also equals my life SO fire the raunchy people get some kind people and have them do their actual job... read more
