Poor customer service. Long waiting times even if you have an appointment (<45mins). This is not the first time. They often dont answer their phones which is frustrating when try to make a booking. Rather go to another service provider.
The front desk employes behavier is not a acceptable. There attitude is selective and not accomodating. When asked if there is a slot in the next hour for a procedure , I was told they will asked the doctor . 4 pacients later an more then an hour, they still have not asked the Docter if he can take me on. When i insisted to ask the doctor they came up with all sort of excuses and then another 30 Minutes later they offers me an apointment at 15.30...from waiting 12.15! Used this radiologist as per Dr. Satyapal’s recommendation otherwise would’ve gone to Lakesmit. Currently sitting in the Umhlanga rooms waiting for an 11:30 appointment which was pushed from 11am. The ladies in particular at the front desk have no etiquette. Also, two of the receptionists having a full on argument in from of a room full of clients. I could not have gotten through yesterday without Bronwyn and the short awesome scan lady. Thabkyou so much, service was great, the comfort from you both was a life saver and will never be forgotten.
