Friendly helpful staff. Under roof paid parking lot.
Sat for well over an hour with no feedback if they are experiencing delays etc. we missed our specialist appointment as a result despite us telling them that we had an appointment ! The radiology staff seems unaffected that we’re sitting while they walk about filling water etc . There needs to be accountability and a proper process in place for walking for just X-rays at least!
The most unprofessional, incompetent facility rendered. We had an x-ray done 2 weeks ago and requested the images and reports as we had an orthopaedic visit. Nothing was sent until I called numerous times requesting the documents. After two weeks they send the report with no images. After calling and requesting a manager they send the images that only opens on a Laptop. How inconvenient. Like who walks around with their laptop in their hand????? Come on UMHLANGA....Hold up your name!!!!!!!
Poor customer service. Long waiting times even if you have an appointment (<45mins). This is not the first time. They often dont answer their phones which is frustrating when try to make a booking. Rather go to another service provider.
The front desk employes behavier is not a acceptable. There attitude is selective and not accomodating. When asked if there is a slot in the next hour for a procedure , I was told they will asked the doctor . 4 pacients later an more then an hour, they still have not asked the Docter if he can take me on. When i insisted to ask the doctor they came up with all sort of excuses and then another 30 Minutes later they offers me an apointment at 15.30...from waiting 12.15!
