This office scheduled an appointment for me months in advance, and then called to cancel just the day before the appointment. They did this with the replacement appointment. At that time no replacement time was offered, just the waiting list. This delayed my care by months.It took multiple calls and more than a month to finally get a new appointment (with a different doctor even), which was Telehealth only.
