Friendly and helpful desk staff, very efficient triage system via online form and pleasant doctors and nurses. I think only private healthcare could give a better service
Fantastic service. I have been a patient here all my life and never had an issue. When I moved away to uni for a year they were very understanding and the online form and phone appointment system really came in handy. I’m always contacted within 48 hours of filling the form in. I wish all doctors were as understanding and professional as the ones at st Fillans.
Getting an appointment is a nightmare. Triage by uploaded form is an appalling system as practice puts as many barriers as possible to any form of personal or face to face contact
