I had an unforgettable experience that I have never had in over 30 years. The dentist took an x-ray without my consent, it felt uncomfortable like there was plastic stuck in my gums. She did not ask my opinion and put my hand on the dentist's suction tube and it was very noisy, close to my ear for almost 2 hours. And what was worse, she placed a very large rubber dam and dislocated my jaws for weeks . In 2 hours, she did not give me enough time to rest my jaw muscles between , until i asked. Absolutely horrible. The practices here are outdated and should no longer be used. The dentist almost ruined my face, claiming I needed jaw surgery when my underbite wasn’t even that severe. I went to another dental clinic and was told that braces could correct it instead. It seems like they were more interested in making money than actually helping. Don’t waste your money here or risk unnecessary procedures, go somewhere else.
