My husband has been a patient for years. Last few appointments left him upset. I have tried 4 different days (they only answer Wed & Friday 10-4!) to cancel his upcoming appointment and decline further service. Two weeks and all I get is a recording transferring me to the office. Music plays 90 seconds then I am disconnected! Fed up! When, and if, they call when we miss the appointment, I will express my total displeasure ‘and’ confirm I will ‘not’ pay for a missed appointment!
