This is the most unorganised doctors I’ve ever known. Every time I call I am met with brashness and a terrible level of customer service. The most frequent issue I find is lack of communication. I changed medication and it changed my prescription type. Not once was I informed. It changed from a repeat prescription to an acute prescription, the acute prescription needs to be signed off by a doctor which I was told needs an appointment. Can never get an appointment. When you do the receptionist books you in for the wrong thing. Terrible service been waiting over three hours due to staff error and they wouldn't apologize
