They never answer the phone how are they in business….The Staff are Rude and if that’s the point why come to work if you don’t like the clients or whatever the intention is I been trying to get my test results back but they act like they don’t know and that it’s the same excuse and the staff is so unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable my first visit and I’m going to leave it at that this is my health we’re talking about and others if they are going to give us a hard time there are plenty of clinics I would rather go to ... read more
Dr. Cappelli delivered my daughter and when it was time for her first Gynecology check up at 16 years old, I thought he would be the best choice. When it was time for her visit, she became ill, so the day before I called and left a message to cancel our appointment. Well, his staff still charged a $50 missed visit charge. Dr. Capelli and his office staff hold a very special place in our family’s heart. Not only did he deliver all three of our children, but he has also supported me during other health challenges, showing me great kindness, care, and compassion. Over the years, we have developed a great relationship with Dr. Capelli, and it has been so reassuring to have a doctor that I trust completely and who also makes me feel heard and seen as a patient. Dr. Capelli is an excellent Doctor. I received excellent care from the first time I saw him.
3 stars only because I don't have the heart to give this place anything lower, because I can't stress enough how compassionate Dr. Capelli himself is. I've seen him since 15 years old and am willing to deal with the rude staff just to get an appointment with him. I don't know what the staff's issue is, especially the receptionist. I dread calling the office knowing how uncaring and cold they are. A great doctor deserves a staff who care!
