To start with, I love the owners and have been going here for years without issue. Today, however was different. I ordered a small swirl cone dipped in the cookie shell and two small swirl cups with the same cookie shell and one medium cup of chocolate. Not a complicated order. When I got to the window I asked the guy for a cup holder that he never gave me. No one should support this dairy queen!!! The last 3 times I've been here it's been absolutely awful customer service. A bunch of teenagers goofing off, saying VERY vulgar things while the drive thru window is open, and can't even get the orders right or make the ice creams right!! The customer service on the speaker is utterly rude and downright disrespectful. This has been in the evenings with the night crew, idk about the day team but the night team IS AWFUL!!! After 30 minutes of waiting, we still never got our complete order. Our ice cream was melting by the time we left. I tried to contact customer service but DQ has made the website complete impossible to do so.
