They just dont care. Period. When you have management that stays on head set and doesn't even pay attention to customers or what the crew are doing service declines. They make the orders in any order they want and nothing is said. 2 groups of peers came in after me and their blizzards were immediately up. I waited 20 minutes. This store needs a flip.
