Ordered a double bacon no onions, and saw the lady cleaning dishes with a very dirty cloth, and then removing the onions with her hands, yes, without even washing them. I asked for a new burger and they just went to the back and brought me the same one. This is a very serious health & safety violation, and I am seeing it more and more with other franchises as well.
I got a bacon cheese deluxe burger and when I opened it all the toppings were thrown together and mushed all together like they threw it together in a hurry. I also had half of a tomato slice on my burger and the bun was disintegrating due to how much sauce was on it. Yet it wasn’t even busy at all. There were two other orders other than me. I ordered a skor blizzard but they gave me an oreo blizzard. I would have gone back to complain but I only had half an hour for lunch.
I used to frequent this DQ a lot... I'm actually shocked of what I was served today. Usually the burgers are flame broiled but I believe I just got a microwaved burger because there was no flame broiled taste and it was luke warm. On top of this someone spilled a drink on me. I was not impressed. Edit - The person I shared the coupon with his burger was cold in the middle as well.
