Was there Wednesday a few cars back from the man who was banging on the window. The manager on duty handled the situation very well and professionally. I spoke to her at the window when I got to it and offered to call the police after what he did… very sweet young lady and I hope this doesn’t discourage her. She is doing well for such a young lady and a very big role! I hope she gets the credit she deserves working there. A+ employee in my eyes.

I was denied service because I asked the employees at this location if i needed to call the police because they were shouting at each other. The manager calls you "babe" on the phone to speak down to you, then calls you a "big scary man" to the owner to suit her narrative. Had a very weird experience because of bad management/ownership.

I'm not going to be patronizing this Dairy Queen location anymore. It's been dodgy for years but last night was an interesting experience of customer service to say the least. We sat in line in the drive thru for 25 minutes before being able to order, that's fine they were busy. What was not fine was the attitude we received from the cashier and the 'manager' on duty.
