Better than expected food but the restaurant seating and surfaces were veery dirty and sticky.
Incorrect orders, poor quality, ordered 2 combos and both were wrong.
I waited for 20 minutes inside DQ for a float and blizzard...I asked what took so long for my order to be prepared since there was no one in front of me...I was told there was only 1 person in the "cold" area, apparently servicing the drive thru customers...Meanwhile I counted about 3 or 4 employees working the "counter" and "grille" areas...What's funny to me is DQ is known for their ice cream, and you mean to tell me there's only 1 person working the ice cream area while the other 4 employees can't be spared to help out!
