Drive thru from hell, make sure you know you love Dairy Queen and are dedicated before you’re trapped in the annual 30 minute wrap around drive thru line since they close the lobby at 7
Drive thru was backed up so I decided to go in and order. I ordered 4 items. The blonde girl working register comes up and hands me two of the items, no bag. Don't know how to react. Then she hands me the last two items in my order. No bag. I'm alone. She expected me to paw everything back to the car. I obviously look at her with a dumbfounded expression and said "can I get a bag?" I get when it's stressful and shorthanded, but there was like 7 people workin.
Today I ordered my usual Smores Blizzard left out the drive through noticed how runny and watery it was I tasted it and realized it did not taste like what I have been getting! I returned and asked them to please remake it as it was gross. They mentioned they are out of graham Crumbs and that’s just how it’s gonna be. I then asked for a refund which they refused because that’s not how it’s always made!!?? The recipe clearly has everything on it, and includes graham crumbs.
Haven’t gone to this location in a very long time. Have tried it 3 times now in the past few weeks only to have wrong food in orders. Sloppy/poorly packaged food that looks tossed together. Not even all ingredients on a burger. Staff seems like they rather carry on inside then act professional and courteous.
