I had the pleasure of interacting with Kayla, or Kay, at the drive-thru, who delivered outstanding service, further enhancing my experience with exceptional food quality, truly exemplifying the high standard of service your staff consistently provide, and deserving of recognition.
Been there several times now and they haven't messed up my order or taken way too long to make it. It's almost suspicious.
Last night we pulled up, there was two cars in front of us in the drive-through. It was 8:56. They cut the lights off and told us it’s 9 o’clock we’re closed but serve the two cars in front of us clearly they’re young. I don’t know if they were in a hurry, waiting on the rides outside on a Friday , but they had no customer service and we’re extremely rude.
