It's been several months since I've been to this location . Whoever manages this location ? You have a problem. Few of the staff needs to learn customer service or find new employment . From the dirty looks they give customers or wadding up napkins like it's trash and placing it with your food . You have some working hard at the window, others standing around. When you order a moolatte every other day and you get a vanilla shake and you tell the drive-thru this is not a moolatte and they gaslight you and tell you oh it's coffee concentrate...... Again I know what a moolatte taste like, I buy one every other day. Avoid this location at all costs because they will gaslight you when they make your order wrong!
Went by tonight in the drive thru and waited forever to order and then to get our food. I ordered the three chicken strip meal and it came with practically no fries that also taste like soap. Do not recommend.
The employees here have been polite, but the system is not working or the staff training is insufficient in the kitchen or something. we have been here previously with an excessively long wait but at least the order was right. Tonight the food took 35 or so minutes to finally get correct and complete, and there was evidently not enough staff or clear training for the kitchen to fulfill orders in a timely fashion as they came in.
