i told them i wanted my cone dipped in chocolate and the guy on the headset even repeated it. The lady at the window handed us plain chocolate and told me i never said dipped in chocolate. How is a worker going to tell me what i did or didn’t say. she just continued to argue with me until i told her to forget about it.

So the reason for 4 stars is because I called 3 times trying to get a refund but it was through the mobile app I had given the ice cream back to the manager after taking 1 bite because it tasted like chemicals probably from them cleaning the machine, i left my name for the owner who was supposed to call me back or refund me he didn't, I called left my name and number again still nothing. Ordered food for me and my wife in the driver thru drove home to oskaloosa found out it was not even what we ordered called to see if we could get a replacement food and was told no even though I had the receipt guy was very rude
