I had a Tesla Powerwall 3 and a solar system installed by DQ Electrical. The whole process—from quotation to installation—was excellent and professional. A few days after installation, I experienced a Powerwall fault, but the team escalated it immediately and replaced the battery with a new one very quickly. Their after-sales service has been top-notch, and I’m totally satisfied with the system and their support. Highly recommend DQ Electrical.
DQ Electrical recently guided us through the process to replace an old solar system with a new system including a battery. The company demonstrated a good understanding of our needs and presented a proposal that met these needs and within our budget. Although installation was delayed partially as a result of increased demand due to the new home battery rebate scheme, the wait was worth it. Installation was over within a day and after two weeks all is going well. Highly recommended as a local Adelaide supplier.
The whole process was easy to manage. The DQ team were fantastic from first quote through install, and even months later of some follow up admin questions. System works amazing. 10/10
