They replaced my solar battery but damaged my sliding door in the process, th guys who did it was very nice but, the company but has said it’s a reasonable amount of damage even though its stopping the flyscreen door from being able to close properly and is sharp (i have 3 kids who have all gotten scratched by it) I did not choose to use this company Tesla sent them for a recalled battery….
I’m extremely happy with the service I received from DQ Electrical. Nathan was my main contact, and he has been patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my silly questions, never once pushy or trying to oversell anything (Not your typical Sales Rep). The system DQ installed has been excellent, and we’re so impressed that we will have a battery installed with them soon. A solid 10/10 experience

When DQ mount solar panels, they tend to mount them (always?) with the mounting rails going vertically up the roof helping air convection underneath. This keeps your roofspace cool, stops leaf etc. buildup from tainting your roof water run-off and in this case keeping 13.2kW rated solar panels cool enough to be producing 17.3kW of power after a year and a half of service.
