If your a driver, as I am you'll understand how great it is to have an employer and employees that respect you, actually care about you and overall strives to succeed not just with freight but with the people that work for them. I've been driving about ten year's and had given up on trying to make a decent wage in this industry. A friend who is now a co-worker told me to give them a shot and I've never been happier as a driver. Zero regrets!
