Not open on a Saturday like it fricken says it is I can't get through
No care factor what so ever, examined by a dentist and left with a loose tooth that I ended up extracting myself. Getting appointments cancelled continuously.
Came in for a one off emergency appointment after having the runaround and paying HUNDREDS for a private specialist and getting absolutely no where with them, Dr Mohammad Gadi took the time to take me on, he listened and had compassion and understanding in my case. I didn’t feel invisible. All I can say is Thank you! Thank you for listening to me. Honestly wish we had more drs like you who understand cases like mine, and don’t palm you off to the next person because you’re too complex. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
This one star review is for the reception staff and security for not letting a bunch of elderly people and myself with a 2 year old inside at 7:59am because it wasn’t 8:00am. It’s freezing cold in the mornings and while you’re all happy sitting in the warmth you can’t let clients in 10-5 minutes early or in our case 1?????? So much for a health service. Have some kindness you have waiting rooms for a reason. My son started to cry because I had to tell him to not go inside because the reception chick said no? So so so wrong.
