I had to fill up my teeth and I did fill it up the doctors keep on pushing me to fill up my other teeth too when I clearly didn't wanted plus when they cleaned my teeth whice I didn't wanted them to one of the doctors cleaned my 1 teeth gum tissue to much that when I drink something it hurts because of them and it hurts still when I touch it 😔

Was suffering from a lot of pain from one of my teeth. I called up and made an appointment for tomorrow they called me shortly after and said they had an opening today. This was my first tooth being pulled ever so I was a bit nervous but the whole thing went down smoothly and everyone was so nice and helpful from the receptionist to the dentist to the dentists assistant. Honestly if I could think of anything better to write I’d write it because it was just that good of an experience. Thanks guys.

My daughter has a regular plan vist to the whittlesea township in walnut Street and they are exceptional, most professional and caring. The receptionist is so welcoming and friendly. We have an option to go to a much closer clinic next to our home which is only 10 minutes away but we prefer to drive almost 50 minutes just to go to the township clinic because of their great service and care. We are so grateful to all the staff and team . Thank you so much for your great support and assistance.

Dentists are good and cooperative but I don't like the way they call before every appointment. I have booked my kids for dental checkup and they call you like hundred and ten times to only confirm are you coming. I am so tired of responding them back. C'mon we are in 2026, we all are busy, we only want one text and that saved to our calendar. The local staff are very friendly and competent. The services are good. However, getting through on the phone is impossible. There is one central number that apparently no staff member has ever tried calling. We are told by staff to use certain options after calling that number but those options DO NOT EXIST. Instead you are placed in a queue that makes Centrelink call queues look fast and efficient. Several times I have been on hold for over an hour and then the call drops out.
