My daughter has a regular plan vist to the whittlesea township in walnut Street and they are exceptional, most professional and caring. The receptionist is so welcoming and friendly. We have an option to go to a much closer clinic next to our home which is only 10 minutes away but we prefer to drive almost 50 minutes just to go to the township clinic because of their great service and care. We are so grateful to all the staff and team . Thank you so much for your great support and assistance.
Dentists are good and cooperative but I don't like the way they call before every appointment. I have booked my kids for dental checkup and they call you like hundred and ten times to only confirm are you coming. I am so tired of responding them back. C'mon we are in 2026, we all are busy, we only want one text and that saved to our calendar. The local staff are very friendly and competent. The services are good. However, getting through on the phone is impossible. There is one central number that apparently no staff member has ever tried calling. We are told by staff to use certain options after calling that number but those options DO NOT EXIST. Instead you are placed in a queue that makes Centrelink call queues look fast and efficient. Several times I have been on hold for over an hour and then the call drops out. I lost my filling and was in incredible pain. The office girls got me in quick as a sit and wait. I was seen within half hour of arriving and had the loveliest dentist who was kind and allowed me to settle after the adrenalin injection took effect. She not only saved my tooth, but eggs honest about my options and thankfully I'm now pain free. Thank you so much for providing such an essential service to the community
