They're really great!
I've recently started seeing Andrew Boggs after having seen Rocksan Moss for year or so. I changed doctors hoping I would get some real help with my anxiety... which is so debilitating that i can barely leave this house. I have agoraphobia as a result of my severe anxiety, panic attacks, & overall fear of social situations. Mr Boggs put me on vraylar which only made things worse & made me feel like I was going to jump out of my skin and feel weird and even more anxious. This place is a joke.
Five stars are not enough because they are AMAZING! Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, exceptional customer service. They really CARE about us patients. I felt validated, understood, heard, and I felt seen... I just started my journey to "HealingLand", I know it's not gonna be easy, it's gonna take time, but they gave me hope. I highly highly recommend them.
No accountability for themselves, when working with mental/behavioral health. Sad to say pineland might have long wait hours but at least they responsible and help the person suffering. And honestly Bree Townsend is THE WORST person to be running a MENTAL/BEHAVIORAL facility she would literally push you over the edge if you bot already there!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could
