Harable service they are not open like they said they are customer service does not exist Promises are not kept ,it’s 8:10 am and no one at the desk and they tell you they are open at 7:00 am
Ordered a Cat turbo for C7. I specifically asked for a Cat part, just what is advertised on their website. What I got was junk. I called the store and spoke to Jose, the same guy who sold me the part. I told him my disappointment that this part was not a CATERPILLAR part as he stated when I ordered it. He told me it's just the casting that is different and assured me the inside was. Desperate to get my truck going again I trusted jose knew what he was talking about.
