RecommendedJust drove back from an exceptionally good, indeed, outstanding shop. Minor damage to rear of SUV. In on Monday, home on Wednesday. Car is clean, workmen are clean, shop is clean, but the best thing about this business is the front office. They left brand new parts in my trunk. Went back to find out the mechanic actually forgot to install the parts. My spare tire was used for something and nothing was put back. My lug wrench was in the trunk laying on the carpet and im missing my jack. Avoid this place. People in the office are nice but the workers are half ass. My door is also full of swirl marks and when i took it to another show they said theres nothing that can be done because the swirls are from bad sanding. They would have to redo my door.
I called in the morning to ask about bringing my vehicle in as i was involved in an accident. The girl tells me to have the car towed to D'unprofessional once i got the insurance adjuster out to see the vehicle. 3 hours later my wife calls to set up the vehicle towing after the adjuster had come out and the same girl tells her the owner said no more vehicles can be brought in for 2 weeks.
