I placed an order on Thursday and had it shipped 2 day Air. I called on Tuesday(today) and the sales rep said she can't tell me when it shipped, but it has shipped. Her computer system has not been working right since Friday and she is sorry. No compensation for paying the upgrade to 2 day air or anything only repeated "I'm Sorry." What ever happened to customer service? She had a poor attitude and was not helpful at all! Don't expect to get your supplies very fast! Won't do business with them again!
