Terrible service. Hydronic does not work at all. When I asked them to repair it, they first made an appointment, then canceled it and push back the appointment. They pushed back the appointment another two times before they finally come. When they did come, they claimed to fixed it and told me that the temperature will increase in 24 hours, which did not. When I asked they to repair it again, they again engage in delay tactic and push back the appointment repetitively.
Beware of this company. Had nothing but problems since my system was installed.
Absolute joke of a company. Started our install two weeks ago - was assurred by the guy on site that they would come back the following Tuesday to finish the job and they never turned up. The office said they had marked our job as being completed. So they came back again on another day - different guys, which is just dumb - who sat in the car for an hour before starting the job - which they again didnt finish. Absolute joke. Use anyone else. Honestly.
We used DPP heating a few years ago and loved their work. We had no hesitation in using them again for our extension. The service is amazing, the pricing was competitive (yes we shopped around) and the communication from the team is absolutely superb. As an added note: we forgot to inform DPP of the concrete schedule and in a frantic last minute call to Damien (who I believe is the owner) made a dash out to our property to make sure the preparation needed was done. Absolutly disgusted with dPP Hydronic customer service, they change their mind with invoices, service calls without any notification. Would not recomment this company to anyone. Had issues with this company from the start. Didn't get anything right. Unfortunitly Louise from service was caught up with it all, she did try to assist however seem like dPP only care about $$$ and don't care about customers at all.
