Left major renovation job unfinished. Regularly late or absent on time sensitive job with constant excuses. Left several windows cracked and got texture all over the place & didn't clean it. Sloppy grouting damaged expensive tile. Covered up an outlet in the bathroom with sheetrock. Kitchen hanging lights don't have clearance with cabinets. He even installed the doors crooked so they now have problems locking. Patrick was made aware of these and other issues and simply ignored our requests. Very dishonest.

Patrick saves the day. I was on my way to Crockett from Houston. I had just pulled out of a gas station near riverside on 19 when I realized I had a complete flat tire. The culprit was a sway bar, it somehow went diagonally through my tire. Believe me after I saw what it was I felt glad that there was no traffic and I could pull safely to the shoulder As I was calling USAA to see if they could send someone out to change my tire, I look up and a man(Patrick) going in the opposite direction asks if I need help, I said I do.
