Had a busted pipe somewhere in the house. I could hear it and point to the general direction but I had no idea how to access it. Doug arrived and I gave him some background as to what was happening and within 5 minutes he was in a crawl space that I didn't even know existed. After replacing the broken pipes he made sure pressure was good throughout, and then when we heard more running water, he went back into the crawl space to fix another broken pipe. I called last minute because my well line was leaking. Ted not only answered my call on Veterans Day but he also came and did the job. He also asked if I had anything else that needed his attention and he fixed the toilet in my laundry room too. Very professional. I won’t be calling anyone else but Ted from now on.

Can't say enough good things about Doug! I had low water pressure for years at my house, and no other plumber could figure out what the problem was. Doug identified the issue in less than a minute and 15 minutes later he made the necessary repair. At long last, I can finally enjoy a nice shower!
