horrible. They just screw everything up. Their automated service absoluetly unacceptable.
AES has given me constant problems ever since they switched from DP&L. The first issue was they canceled my auto pay that I had set up without notice. Which resulted in a extremely high bill and several fees. The online bill NEVER matches the paper bills, so it’s hard to know if these are the alleged “scam” mail that has been impersonating AES.
