I engaged Dipan Patel (DP Interiors) to provide an e-design of my home study area and to suggest solutions for under stairs storage. I was very disappointed with the service as she didn't take on board the design brief at all. I noticed during our initial call that she didn't take any notes. Most of the furniture items she suggested did not fit the brief at all, and I ended up having to do her job for her by attending shops such as Ikea and John Lewis to choose suitable items.
