I have been working with Trainers Devon and Kenny for three months now as a stroke survivor. They are fantastic. Knowledgeable and thoughtful. Workout routines are crafted specifically to improve my deficits and I have seen progress. I would be so far behind without these guys.
People with physical disabilities should be out and enjoy the workout. It’s very pleasant and comfortable environment for people to exercise while relaxing!
This is a unique facility that concentrates on stroke and spinal cord injuries. Devon is a tremendous resource in improving one’s condition. The other trainers are also very committed and helpful. Just witnessing the drive of participants keeps driving you. The assistance American Fitness Legion provides for free classes and open gym is remarkable. They truly assist a group that is usually ignored. An agency that truly deserves support.
